Dis-ease is the result of obstructions to the flow of energy, which can manifest on many levels:
(a) mind or subconscious belief systems,
(b) stagnant emotional energy,
(c) accumulation of acidic cellular wastes and environmental toxins within the body; &
(d) matters of the spirit or soul
I will design a personalized regeneration protocol for you based on your health history, current habits, and future goals.
Your protocol includes a one-on-one support call (1-1.5 hours) where we will address any your concerns, questions, and obstacles in getting started.
By opening the pathways of elimination via hydrating, electrical, LIVING foods and herbs, we allow the system to do what it already knows how to do: CLEAN, HEAL, & STRENGTHEN.

In my 7 years of experience and self-experimentation with raw food diets and natural healing, I have learned that eating habits are deeply interwoven with all aspects of one’s Lifestyle.
For those looking for a more comprehensive, holistic approach in creating sustainable meaningful change, I offer my knowledge and support as a practitioner and student of various healing arts, sciences, and ancestral/Indigenous traditions.
These consultation calls are 1-hour each and may be booked in conjunction with a detox protocol or separately.
Here we will focus more on re-ordering and re-storying the way we live our lives as a whole, beyond physical nourishment and nutrition. The aim is to integrate different dimensions of one’s being and relationships via small incremental improvements and life-promoting practices in many interdependent aspects of Life.

Because our physical body is so deeply connected to our emotional and mental worlds, natural processes of detoxification will often open up old emotional wounds, mental blocks, and cellular memories in need of healing and release. This is a gift and opportunity, as well as a challenge.
Plants can be some of our greatest allies and teachers in the easing and unfolding of psychospiritual processes and self-realization. Flowers are especially helpful for emotional turbulence and purification because of their sweet and forgiving nature. They remind us to find beauty both within and without.
For this reason, I have a small collection of micro-dosing tinctures and flower essences available for going deeper into spiritual and emotional inner work. I also have some formulas available for supporting physical healing processes or may recommend a trusted provider to get you what you need.
It truly is a mind and heart-opening experience to enter into deeper layers of communication and exchange with our lovely botanical relatives…a level of communication that is more easily accessible via the heightened sensitivity of eating a high vibrational, raw food diet.
